The event is open to both customers and service providers operating in the MICE market. The organizer, MICE Excellence, is a regular participant and partner of the MITT exhibition.

The event will be held on the territory of the Pestovo Golf & Yacht Club, located on the shore of the Pestovo Reservoir.

The main program includes a sailing regatta for everyone, including participants with no experience, as well as a discussion of professional topics in the format of edutainment sessions touching on topical issues of the industry.

Among the invited guests are Evgeny Sazonov, a representative of the Komsomolskaya Pravda media holding and a journalist with experience in expeditions, and Vladimir Zhidkov, an expert gemologist. As part of the discussions, it is planned to discuss the issues of travel-related transformations and aspects useful for participants in the event market, including the distinctive features of natural and artificial gemstones.

At the end of the main part of the event, participants are given the opportunity to communicate in an informal setting. For those who wish, individual registration and formats for participation in groups are provided.

Participation in the event is optional. The program is designed taking into account the professional interests of the industry, and the emphasis is on the exchange of experience and discussion of current topics without commercial pressure or the promotion of individual products.
